Heiko Peter Braun
Heiko’s areas of practice include Contract Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation (in Germany and South Africa),
German Citizenship Law and Private
International Law. He is fluent in
German, English and Afrikaans. Heiko
was admitted as an attorney (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany in 2006 and in South
Africa in 2013 and he is at home at the
crossroads of these two legal systems.
Heiko has advised numerous German,
European and South African small,
medium and large corporations, as well
as state entities in Germany. He has also
been instructed by the German Embassy
in Pretoria and the German School in
Johannesburg.
Jean Urs Kübler
Jean specialises in Commercial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Property Law and Labour Law. Jean is fully bilingual in both English and German and is admitted as a Conveyancer and a
Notary Public. Prior to founding SLKB Inc. Jean was an
Associate at a reputable German law firm in Johannesburg, where he assisted a multitude of mainly German clients. Before entering practice, Jean lectured at the University of the Witwatersrand at the Oliver Schreiner School of Law, where he
instructed in the fields of Business Enterprises Law, Mercantile Law, Commercial Law, Law of Lease, Law of Succession, Family Law, and Law of Persons. Jean still lectures at the University on a part time basis.
Fernando Raul Lengert
Fernando’s areas of practice include Litigation & Arbitration, Corporate Commercial and Labour Law. Fernando is an Argentinian of German descent and is fully bilingual in both
English and Spanish. Fernando commenced his articles of clerkship in August 2007 in Randburg where he obtained vast experience in litigation. He was admitted as an Attorney in
2009 where after he joined a Johannesburg law firm as an associate where he continued to work as a litigation practitioner whilst extending his knowledge and experience in Corporate Commercial Law. Fernando later became the manager of the Litigation and Corporate Commercial department before co - founding SLKB Inc.
Anthony Peter Spellas
Anthony’s areas of practice include Insurance Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Contract Law and Labour Law. Anthony commenced his articles of clerkship with a law firm in Bedfordview, Johannesburg in 2006. He was admitted as an attorney in 2008 where after he practiced at a highly respected law firm in Rosebank, Johannesburg specializing in litigation and insurance law from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Anthony joined a newly founded
law firm until April 2015 when he became a proud co – founder of SLKB Inc. Over the years Anthony has gained vast experience in several areas of the law including litigation and arbitration, insolvencies and liquidations, family law, labour law, contract law and insurance law.
