Let us celebrate the goddess within you and learn how to unleash the diamond within while simultaneously navigating toxic leadership in some instances.

Women leaders working in toxic environments often face a double challenge, on one side, they may need to manage a hostile environment effectively, whilst on the other hand, they must maintain level-headedness when leading their own teams.

This symposium and panel discussion, led by some of the top women leaders in their fields, addresses what women leaders can do to identify and navigate the rough waters of toxic work environments, whilst taking personal responsibility for their impact as leaders and mentoring potential young leaders during their own professional journey.
